14-day right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your handpan to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing any reason.
This right does not apply to personalised instruments or those made to your specific requirements (e.g. custom tuning, engraving).
How to return an item

Notify us by email at contact@enixpan.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

Pack the instrument in its original packaging, in perfect condition, with all accessories included (bag, cloth, etc.).

Ship it back using a tracked and insured carrier. Return shipping costs and any customs duties are entirely at the Buyer's expense. We will confirm the return address.

Receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving the instrument, via your original payment method (card or bank transfer).
Warranty claims
All Enixpan handpans come with a 2-year commercial warranty covering manufacturing and material defects, in addition to legal warranties.
Before contacting us: have the instrument assessed by a qualified luthier or professional at your expense. Then send us the expert report, photos and a description to contact@enixpan.com. Claims without prior expert assessment will not be processed.
The warranty does not cover: misuse, physical damage, exposure to corrosive agents, or unauthorised repairs.
Damaged on arrival
If your handpan arrives damaged, please:
- Photograph the damage and the packaging immediately
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@enixpan.com
- Include your order number and all photos
We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
